Hanover Hills is a condominium community located in Cedar Knolls in Hanover Township in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 165 condo units in the complex which was built between 1994 and 1995 on approximately 13.5 acres. Hanover Hills features 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Models include the Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Madison, and Washington. A number of units on the first floor of each building are ranch style - they have no stairs to the bedrooms. Other units feature multi-level living with the bedrooms upstairs. There are no garages. Parking spaces are assigned. The development is a condominium or condo association. As of the year 2017, Wilkin Management Group was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $294 and includes exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and swimming pool and clubhouse maintenance. The community is serviced by natural gas and public water and sewer. The community is easily accessible to NJ Route 10 and Interstate 287.

Cedar Knolls is located close to Interstate 287 which runs north-south through Morris County and provides an easy connection to the major east-west routes including Interstate 80, 280, and NJ Route 24. Newark International Airport is a mere 30 minutes away. The train station in Morristown is located close by.
Hanover Hills residents enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse. In addition to the community amenities, Hanover Township boasts many superb public attractions including the Whippany Railway Museum, the Frelinghuysen Arboretum, and the Morris County Library. Patriot's Path, a 26-mile-long wilderness walkway and bike trail, also passes through the Township along the Whippany River. Hanover Township contains many municipal parks and recreational facilities including Bee Meadow Park and Pool, Black Brook Park, Central Park, Malapardis Park, Monroe Center and Park, and the Township Community Center.
