White Meadow Lake (WML) is the name of both a lake and a residential lake community located in Rockaway Township, New Jersey. There are 2,200+ homes in the community. White Meadow Lake (WML) is home to 3 ball fields, which are used for baseball and soccer. There are 6 tennis courts, handball and shuffleboard courts, and a basketball court. White Meadow Lake has an award winning swim team, the Red Devils. The community has a beach, clubhouse, and an in-ground swimming pool. Entertainment is provided throughout the year. Most activities occur in the ballroom at the White Meadow Lake Club House, which include parties, comedy nights, mystery nights, dances, dinners and other celebrations. Residents may rent out the ballroom for private parties. During the summer there are numerous outdoor parties held at the beach. WML has its own pre-school for residents.

There is an amazing amount of nearby shopping for residents. Rockaway Borough has a charming downtown with shops and restaurants. The Rockaway Townsquare Mall is located about 10 minutes away in Rockaway Township and is one of the largest and most modern malls in New Jersey. Denville and Parsippany are located close by and offer lots of shopping.
