Skyview Heights is a townhome community located in Parsippany in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 188 townhomes in the complex which was built in the 1990s. Skyview Heights offers 2-3 bedroom townhomes with a 1-car garage and basement. Standard floor plans include the Tulip and Sycamore. The Tulip is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, interior unit with approximately 1,800 square foot of living space, not including basements. The Sycamore is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, end unit with approximately 2,000 square foot of living space, not including basements. Depending upon the geography, the standard floor plans are sometimes expanded by putting the garage in the basement, which allows for a bonus room above, which adds approximately 240 square foot of living space. However, unlike the standard floor plans, the expanded units always have a full stairway to enter the main level. The development is a homeowners association, not a condominium association. As of the year 2017, Taylor Management was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was approximately $200 and includes common area maintenance and landscaping. The community also maintains an outdoor swimming pool, one tennis court, a playground, and a clubhouse. The community is easily accessible to NJ Route 10. Skyview Heights has a Morris Plains (07950) mailing address and is approximately 3 miles away from the Morris Plains Train Station.
